      <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue was happening when opening in Safari. We went over to Chrome and everything worked. We have been using Safari for a long time so I do not know why it changed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
