Unable to add friend

I tried many times to add my wife as friend, but did not work. When I sent invitation to my wife’s Email and she opened the link and click Approve after getting notification, nothing happened and the status on my app was still pending. Help us someone..

The email link is labeled "create account". That should open up the PC browser to my.arlo.com. Did that part happen?

Or are you saying the two factor authentication failed to work? You can try using the email verification as an alternative.

XXXX as invited you to connect to their Arlo account.

Once you’re connected as a Friend, you will be able to receive notifications, access video recordings, and live stream their cameras so you can help take protective action right from your phone.

Create a free Arlo account by clicking “Create Account” below.

She created account and got notification to approve/deny the device and click Approval but nothing happen. Hope this makes sense. Thank you.

Did she do this on her phone? Or click on the link on a PC?

Try again on a PC (either windows or mac).
