Hello. I have two Arlo Pro 4 cameras. No smart hub currently. They both work great indoors, but I want to mount one outside on my garage. My home is concrete block and my camera can not reach the wifi with a good enough signal/connection to work. I know that the Pro 4's cannot connect to wifi extenders. What are my options? If I purchase a smart hub, can I connect that to an extender then will the camera reach the network?

Arlo is so hard to contact, I want to be able to have a working outdoor camera, but I want to avoid buying unnecessary items. Help!

Where did you get that idea?

You can't extend a base station's closed wifi network. But you can certainly use an extender (or a mesh router) when the camera is connected to your home wifi.
