Check your modes/rules to make sure you have audio detection disabled. Take a look here for more information: https://kb.arlo.com/1012167/How-do-I-enable-or-disable-motion-or-sound-detection

Also, make sure smoke/CO detection is disabled in the smart settings, as that feature requires audio to be enabled.
