1) Can I transfer the video from Cloud to other storage device if I need to save them more than 30 days?

2) Can it be done through my cell phone if I'm out of town?

You can try saving the wanted arlo cloud library recordings to your phone by using the more function. Not restricted to wifi.

If you have a arlo base station with a backup USB/storage card implemented, any cameras attached to that base would be backed up until the storage is 80% full then be overwritten.

16GB is the minimum, gives me 3 months for moderate usage.

@Atman4: With my iPhone I select "save to photos". That also saves it to iCloud.

If you are using a PC (windows or mac), you can also download them to the PC from my.arlo.com.
