The battery on one of our Arlo Pro4 cameras doesn't lock in place firmly. We can get the camera back online for brief periods of time but the battery loses its connection to the camera.

The case should theoretically help hold the battery in place but the camera has some "snaps" that should do the trick in the first place. Try taking the cover off and insert the battery several times tto see if you can determine that these are in fact doing their job. You should also verify that there's nothing on the battery or in the battery slot of the camera that could be interfering with full/proper insertion.
