    <description>&lt;P&gt;Glad to hear it! &amp;nbsp;I admire your patience because I have none. &amp;nbsp;I spent my entire yesterday evening frustrated, trying multiple times and ways without success. &amp;nbsp;So the cams were returned today and I bought from a competitor. &amp;nbsp;Support’s solution was to return them -done!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Happy again you were able to find success!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot connect to WiFi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying to setup my new Pro 4 cameras and they absolutely will not connect to WiFi.&amp;nbsp; Confirmed that I have 2.4GHz and have followed all the steps to the letter multiple times.&amp;nbsp; Blue blinking light, scanned the QR and heard the chime.&amp;nbsp; Still get that damn red X.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Chatted with IT and we tried to reset one cam to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas??????&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you are using the app, then I suggest trying also with a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com).&amp;nbsp; Ideally connect the PC with ethernet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Double-check that&amp;nbsp;the wifi security is set to WPA (AES).&amp;nbsp; Some punctuation/special characters in the network name and password result in a failure to connect.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately Arlo has never said which ones.&amp;nbsp; So remove those characters if you are using them.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;They don't publish a number.&amp;nbsp; Phone support is accessed through the subscription area of the app - but unfortunately that requires a subscribed camera.&amp;nbsp; Which is a catch-22 if you can't onboard the camera in the first place.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I finally had success! I used my computer on 2G, close to router, did a factory reset, then had to hold the sync or reset button as the blue light would only flash once then stop. After trying this a few times tonight it finally connected. It was pure perseverance and I don’t think I could have tried much longer as my patience was running thin. Appreciate the support and hope you can get yours connected as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
