&lt;P&gt;You'd need to know the password for his account. It'd be a bit simpler from his phone (no need for two-factor authentication).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In the app (not the browser) there is a support entry at the bottom of settings (in the "system" area).&amp;nbsp; Select that, and then select a camera with a subscription.&amp;nbsp; That will open a new page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then scroll down to "contact" and you will see your options.&amp;nbsp; One should be phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you don't have a subscription, then please post the details of your problem here, and perhaps we can help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
