      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the suggestion, but I don't understand it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;My knowledge of networks is very basic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using a BT Hub 2, which must be in use everywhere, and it claims to operate at both 2.4 G and 5 G.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I assume that I am doing something stupidly wrong, but I don't see what that might be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The cameras worked well until I changed the hub.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;(The problem I was trying to fix by the upgrade was not caused by a fault on the old hub, but corrosion on an overhead line.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm in the US, so not a hub I have direct experience with.&amp;nbsp; The web interface for the hub is accessed by browsing to &lt;A href="http://192.168.1.254" target="_blank"&gt;http://192.168.1.254&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;in your browser - the password should be printed on a label on the back of the hub.&amp;nbsp; If you can't find the wifi security setting, you might need to call BT support.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also, if you are onboarding using the Arlo App, then I suggest trying again using a PC - browse to my.arlo.com.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
