My cameras don't want to connect through my BT hub, which runs at both 2.4 G ad 5G.

Is your WiFi set to use WPA2-AES?

Thank you for the suggestion, but I don't understand it. My knowledge of networks is very basic.

I'm using a BT Hub 2, which must be in use everywhere, and it claims to operate at both 2.4 G and 5 G. I assume that I am doing something stupidly wrong, but I don't see what that might be.

The cameras worked well until I changed the hub. (The problem I was trying to fix by the upgrade was not caused by a fault on the old hub, but corrosion on an overhead line.)

You may be best served by contacting your ISP for help. I have no experience with networks/routers used outside the US.

I'm in the US, so not a hub I have direct experience with. The web interface for the hub is accessed by browsing to http://192.168.1.254 in your browser - the password should be printed on a label on the back of the hub. If you can't find the wifi security setting, you might need to call BT support.

Also, if you are onboarding using the Arlo App, then I suggest trying again using a PC - browse to my.arlo.com.
