    <description>&lt;P&gt;That is mostly good news : )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you removing the cameras from the VMB5000 before adding to the VMV4540?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sure we can get this resolved if you want to tackle it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We'll be back on Tuesday after the holiday, have a great weekend!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo Smart Hub (VMB5000r6) cannot find Arlo Pro 4 (VMC4041P)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At home I have the Arlo Smart Hub (VMB5000r6) with 2 Arlo Ultra 2.&amp;nbsp; I recently purchased the Costco Arlo Pro 4 XL bundle (3x Pro 4 and 1x Smart Hub (VMB4540)to add to my setup.&amp;nbsp; The plan is to add the three cameras to the active smart hub (VMB5000r6) and have the new hub as a backup.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem: My hub(s) cannot find the new cameras.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done the following to troubleshoot the issue. (Arlo dashboard - mobile/Mac OS)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Reset my current hub.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Factory Reset Pro 4 camera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Attach Pro 4 to WiFi. - Pass&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) Attach Pro 4 to Smart Hub (VMB4540 w/updated firmware) - Fail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5) Factory Reset and attach to Smart Hub. - Pass&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6) Exchanged Arlo Bundle at Costco.&amp;nbsp; - Same results&lt;/P&gt;</description>
