    <description>&lt;P&gt;For the camera that needs firmware updates, try removing that camera from your account and onboard it again. That should fix the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For a camera that disconnects, that's usually a signal strength/quality issue. Try swapping cameras around to see if it's the camera or location. If it turns out to be the location, try&amp;nbsp; mounting in a different one that provides the view you need.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought 4 arlo pro 4 cameras. They have been active since Saturday. Since then, I have one camera that will not update the firmware so now I have to go dismount the camera and resync it. I have one camera that disconnects from the network constantly. 2 out of 4 cameras with issues after 5 days is not very comforting. I am concerned I wasted money on expensive cameras that are going to be full of problems. And the Arlo app is not user friendly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
