Arlo pro 4 Live stream delay

Hi, I got Arlo Pro 4 cameras set and the live stream is always few seconds delay on my phone and website. Does anyone have the same issue? Also motion detective recording is not the complete scene from the beginning to the end. It usually starts to record from the middle of the one action. I am in property management field so I need to see the whole action process.

What delay are you getting and is the delay with notifications or delay when live viewing?

Regards the missing video at the start or end of the library recording.
This is expected for motion detection when the camera turns on and streams. Usually half a second. If the camera has external power it can pre store 3sec of video so you can see what led up to the event.
Regards the recording duration, default is 10sec and is extended with continuous motion. You can change this to record for continuous duration for up to 5mins.

The placement of the camera is also important to catch events across the field of view rather than head on.
