Cant Grant Access PRO2

I have Arlo pro2 and i tried to grant access to other family members but couldn’t.

They receive the invitation email but only asks them to create an account.

Once account is created, there are no cameras or anything.

One of the members waited for a day and the cameras appeared on its own with no action, the rest Nothing.

The remaining members status shows as Pending.

I read somebody saying that i should sign in from a PC, but i only own a Macbook Pro. Its frustrating that i cant grant them access.

I tried deleting the invitation and sending it again but they only receive the “create account” thats it.

Please anyone who knows a way help me out.

Be aware that there have been previous reports that suggest that Apple devices will not work to accept invites, hence the need to accept the invite with a pc.

That is exactly what they are supposed to get. Have them click on the "create account" link on a PC (note a Mac is a PC). That will open the browser to my.arlo.com. From there they can just log in, since they already have an account.
