&lt;P&gt;Check to make sure your mobile device is connected to your 2.4ghz WiFi SSID. Also be sure you're entering your SSID and password for your network correctly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're still experiencing an issue, try factory resetting the camera before attempting to onboard.
