Disarmed Pro 4 camera is still Motion Detecting

Hi,

I hope there is a simple remedy.

Can't stop the notifications, lights etc from one camera that is Disarmed from motion detedtion.

I have turned the device off, restarted the camera, Armed and Disarmed several times but it still acts like Armed

Firmware 1.080.17.3_50_94fae6e (no updates available)

Subscription based system of 4 cameras

This might be a silly question but are you turning off the right camera? Is the camera attached to a base station or wifi directly to your local wifi?

Thankyou for answering.

It started with three of my four camera's motion detecting when they were disarmed and I tied multiply turning off until one camera was left misbehaving.

But now today it is OK as I turned it back on, but have not tested arming yet.

Feels similar to the occasional OFFLINE periods that seem to randomly happen every two weeks or so.

I know my WiFi is very strong and fast.
