&lt;P&gt;You can get phone support using the support area of the app, but that requires that you have at least one subscribed camera in your account.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>VMG2030 Not connecting to wifi</title>

      <description>I have a VMG2030 I changed my wifi password and tried to reconnect it to my wifi with the new password and its not even finding it. I have removed them from my account and tried to add them back. 2/3 cameras either blink orange or do nothing. I have charged all 3 and still nothing. Ive chatted with support and theyve had me disconnect from wifi on my phone then reconnect then try to connect the devices which i did and it didn't work. By time it showed it didnt work i went back to the chat and the agent left because it took too long. Is there not a phone number to call for tech support? Not impressed. I checked internet and it is 2.4 like the manual says it needs to be.</description>
