Are you sure the base is actually offline? Next time check the LED(s) on the base (I assume it's actually a SmartHub) to verify. If proper, it would seem to be a display issue. Force closing and reopening the app as well as checking with the web client would be good first steps.

So my home base randomly goes offline and I have trouble viewing stuff when I need too. It’s becoming a nuisance. Does anyone know anything I can do to prevent this? I just got it a few months ago at Costco so I know it can’t be going out already. I also noticed firmware was up to date.

Yeah, sometimes if someone comes to my house I notice my ring door goes off but not my front arlo. So I’ll open up arlo app and it says offline. Then I’ll check the base and it’s blinking orange. Usually if I leave it alone it’ll go back online but still; this is the issue I’m having:

That likely means the camera has a connection issue with the hub. Bring the camera closer to the hub or to a different location for testing to see if that makes a difference. It may just be the location that's the issue.
