Question about enlarging preview image in Arlo app for Arlo pro 4

Does anyone know how to enlarge a preview image (in the “devices” screen) in the Arlo app? I’ve tried clicking on the image, checking all the settings, turning my phone sideways, watching live etc and I can’t seem to enlarge the live image. This seems like an app setting. I can enlarge when viewing something from the library.

What arlo user interface are you using? Mobile or web portal.

The devices page displays thumbnails of the cameras when first opened.

You can then live view the camera and it should show a enlarge icon to change it to full screen.

Hi, Thanks for your response! I’m using the mobile app (iPhone) but when I click on the thumbnail of the live view, it does not enlarge - it doesn’t do anything. Any suggestions?

So to clarify further you are not able to live view the camera? You should have a play icon appear in the middle of the thumbnail display. Tap that to begin live viewing. Once it starts live viewing it should have a few icons showing and there should be a enlarge icon at the top right of the camera display. Two diagonal white arrows that would be hard to see if the background is bright.

Thank you! And boy do I feel dumb! I didn’t notice the enlarged screen icon in the upper right corner. I’m used to working with the Ring system where you just tap to enlarge directly from the preview thumbnail. Thanks for taking the time to answer such a simple question!

It would have been simpler to attach a photo but as the forum has now removed the attach feature you can only describe it in words.
