    <description>&lt;P&gt;WE HAVE TWO ARLO ACCOUNTS AND WE WILL BE CONSIDERING USING ALTERNATIVE PRODUCTS BECAUSE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION ISSUES WE ARE HAVING .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;THIS IS AN UNFAIR PRACTICE THAT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL WILL BE NOTIFIED REGARDING AS IT WOULD CLASSIFY UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;WE PREVIOUSLY MOVED ONE CAMERA TO REPLACE WITH ANOTHER CAMERA OFF THE PLAN, NOW IT WON'T ALLOW US TO ADD THE CAMERA BACK ON BUT IT'S STILL WITHIN THE LIMITS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;ADVISE WHY THIS IS HAPPENING. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;I REFUSE TO CONTINUE SERVICE ON BOTH ACCOUNTS IF THIS IS A PROBLEM THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO RECTIFY.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We need details (and maybe screenshots) of what's happening. What plan do you have? Show us the parts of the subscription settings so we can see the issue.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;Also, it appears that you have a subscription so use of Settings, Support and selecting a suitable camera gives you access to support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
