When that happens, to log back in it says it doesn’t recognize my device (I’m the main account holder). <BR /> <BR />So it tries to verify me by sending a text. The problem with that is that once I switch apps the Arlo app resets. So the only way I can verify my account and get the app working again is by verifying with an email on a computer. <BR /> <BR />Really frustrating. Not sure why it happens but I need it to stop. All software gets updated automatically.<BR /><BR />I will try deleting app and reinstalling.
