      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've added two Arlo Pro 4 to my existing Pro 2 &amp;amp; WMB4000 &amp;nbsp;installations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The live videos and notifications work fine but no videos are stored on cloud and local usb&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The videos are OK for the old Pro 2 devices , but nothing from the Pro 4.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please assist ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>All arlo camera models post 2018 and after the pro2 require a subscription to record to the cloud.</description>

&lt;P&gt;They should be recording to the USB storage in the base.&amp;nbsp; But the only way to see recordings on the local storage with a VMB4000 is to eject the USB device from the base and connect it to a PC.&amp;nbsp; The app and my.arlo.com only show cloud storage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
