topic Arlo Pro 4 poor resolution in Arlo Pro 4

I just bought the Pro 4 and set up the first camera to view the front porch. The resolution of the video I see on my iPad is very poor. I cannot see the faces well enough to identify a person at my front door from the camera that is only 15 feet away from the door. This is NOT a 2K image. How do I fix this? Thanks.

2k resolution is still not exactly high resolution, especially given the very wide angle view (each pixel has to cover a large area, relatively speaking). In addition, the compression used tends to blur details. These are activity cameras, not identification.

Thanks for your answer. I guess I was expecting it to look like the picture on the box. But overall I am happy to have these cameras.
