camera won’t charge or pair

I have a pro 4 camera, it worked for a month, then quit. Won’t pair, wont charge, completely dead.

what could it be? Bough it in January, it quit in march.

Either the battery or the camera failed.

Do you have a subscription for other cameras? The trial subscription would have run out in April. It is much easier to contact support to get a warranty replacement if you have a subscription.

What behavior are you seeing when you attach the charging cable? Do you see any LEDs light up?
