Arlo Pro not recording

How come my two Arlo pro aren’t recording? I still have my free three months plan protection.

Have you checked that your active mode isn't set to Disarmed?

No, they are armed.
It was two of them didn’t records anything. One of them back to work. My most important front door one is still not recording.

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the two problem cameras? Note that if you have 2K livestreaming enabled, you'll need to temporarily disable it in order to get the manual recording feature.

Thank you for helping. I fixed them. I turned on the smoke/co alarm . That’s why they are not recording any video. I turned off them. They are recording video now.
