&lt;P&gt;I started the "add device" process selecting the Pro 4, and did not see any prompt to scan a QR code from the app. So I am puzzled that you are seeing this.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you are onboarding to your home wifi, the app will generate a QR code for the camera to scan, after you enter your WiFi credentials in the app.&amp;nbsp; But you shouldn't be seeing a step where the phone camera needs to scan a QR code.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What version of the app are you using?&amp;nbsp; Also, is this Android or iOS?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you also tried onboarding using a PC (browse to my.arlo.com).&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok so I am a idiot, I thought the QR code was on the camera and you needed to scan with your phone. &amp;nbsp;Not the big QR code that shows up on the app and then you scan with the camera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now if will not find wifi, I have starlink that has both 2.4 and 5. &amp;nbsp;It will not find it. &amp;nbsp;Went in and separated the wifi into two separate wifi's and while using the 2.4 the camera will not connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is the network security set to WPA2 (AES)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Assuming yes to both:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Sometimes onboarding works with a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com) when it fails with the app.&amp;nbsp; So you could try that.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;There are some characters that won't work in the network password (and perhaps the network name).&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately Arlo hasn't told us what they are.&amp;nbsp; But if you do have punctuation, you could try removing it (or just substituting a different symbol).&lt;/LI&gt;
