I have 2 Arlo pro 4 camera, one the battery life is great, the other only lasts about 4 weeks. I have checked the setting and they seem the same

Try swapping the cameras, and see if the problem moves with the camera or stays at the location.

There are three main factors that effect battery life:

amount of video streaming the camera is doing
the quality of the wifi signal reaching the camera
temperature (battery capacity is lower when it's cold)

Yes this answer helped, it was the Wifi signal draining, moved the camera, all OK now
