      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried the reset procedure? Is the battery charged? If you connect it to AC power will it connect?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Adding to the troubleshooting steps listed above, also keep in mind Arlo Pro 4 requires an active trial plan or Arlo Secure subscription to save recordings to the cloud. Do you have an active subscription?&lt;/P&gt;
