The symptoms you've described could be due to poor signal strength or WiFi interference. How far are the cameras from your router? What does the signal strength icon show within the Arlo mobile app?

Purchased 5 cameras, spent over 1000 dollars for them to not work. 30% of the time the cameras work fine, the other 70% they are terrible. The livestream never loads I just get a notification saying they appear to be offline. If I spent 100 bucks I wouldn’t care, friend of mine got a cheap baby monitor and it’s working 10 times better, lesson learned. Telling everyone I know not to purchase arlo cameras!!
