Greetings, I am trying to set up an account for my Arlo Pro 4 cameras (x3). So far, I have a login and password. My email account has been verified. I downloaded the Arlo app to my Android (Pixel 4a) phone. I signed in with email address and password. The first screen is Secure your Arlo account. I selected "Push notifications" and then pressed the button "Secure my account". It seemed like nothing happened. I pushed the "Secure my account" button again and get a warning message, "Verification method already exists." The warning message fades away and I'm just stuck here on this screen, asking me to secure my account.

I tried contacting Arlo but can not get a real person because I'm not a paid member. I can not get paid up because I can not finish my log in. And I can't finish my log in because I can not get technical support because I'm not paid. You can see the circle here...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the option to choose email verification?

Once in, you can trust the phone.
