    <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to return an order placed on the arlo.com website. &amp;nbsp;I have tried five times with blot and chat to connect with the right department to get an RMA without success. The order number is 10303553. &amp;nbsp;The original case number was 42943626. I am not receiving any response from Arlo. The box as received by Arlo was not even opened. I do have an Arlo account and existing subscription. Can anyone suggest a way to obtain an RMA? &amp;nbsp;This is the worst customer support from a company that I have ever experienced. &amp;nbsp;Thank you for your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
