      <description>&lt;P&gt;I spent about a day trying to connect my Arlo to three different wifi routers via my Samsung and Pixel 4 phones.&amp;nbsp; My friend came over and i was able to connect my camera using his iPhone on the first try.&amp;nbsp; I disconnected and again, could not connect.&amp;nbsp; I contacted Arlo CS and they had me jump thru many hoops to try to get it to connect with no success.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;One of them was to turn off my cell data&amp;nbsp; on my phone.&amp;nbsp; Is this a real solution?&amp;nbsp; I am a savy tech engineer working in the Valley.&amp;nbsp; A novice would not even know how perform what CS would suggest.&amp;nbsp; Arlo....Please work with Google and figure this out!!!!!&amp;nbsp; Case # 42395591&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I’ve returned the camera. Not going to buy an iPhone or go thru this frustration every time the cameras gets kicked off one of my three different networks!!! Arlo needs to do more validation on cross platform products</description>
