Password Issues with Pro 4

I just got my cameras. I’m trying to connect to the internet. I have an account set up. When I go to Settings to connect, it asks me for the PW for the Pro 4. It is not the PW for either my account or my internet. What exactly is it??

Is the camera already onboarded?

Do you have a base station?

Not sure what you mean by "go to settings to connect", since normally you connect that way. Instead you'd just livestream the camera from the devices screen. Are you talking about connecting to wifi network?
