      <description>&lt;P&gt;Received order today. Need to return it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried 'return', 'request RMA' in live chat, not working. Endless loop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Called&amp;nbsp;customer service at no one answering.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please solve this because I don't want to drive to&amp;nbsp;Carlsbad to return it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Order # 10290111&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Be prepared to pay for the return shipping.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's been a long time since I have encountered a company that required a customer to pay for a defective item to be returned.&amp;nbsp; They do pay to ship you a new item but won't do it until they receive the defective item first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Almost all companies do the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1)&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ship you a new device ASAP&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Provide you a prepaid shipping label so you can return the defective unit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Give you 30 days to ship the defective unit back. If you don't ship it back you get charged for the new device they sent you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why isn't Arlo following this process like most of the rest of the internet based companies?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
