I have the same issue did not know at time of purchase and given I am based in a state where temps do get cold not sure why they would sell these there. Any how will see how these perform and if there's a real solution to these for the temps (maybe they make a covering that can withstand the lower temps)

Has anybody else tried the Arlo camera system and found that it doesn't work well in cold temps?

Can say the batteries will not charge if below 32f. This protects damage to cells.

So they either need to be swapped out or charged inside.

Low temp range is -4f ( IIRC ) , at that time the camera will send a notice it needs to warm up… if temps go back up it will start to work.
