topic Arlo Pro 4 battery draining in Arlo Pro 4

I bought a x3 pack of Arlo Pro 4 cameras.

All will charge fine (via PSU) but one in particular charge drops like a stone - I'm talking a couple of days.

I bought x2 solar panels for the 2 that are harder to reach.

One of them now keeps charge longer and am happy, the suspected one says it's charging but still drops over a couple of days.

I have had long conversations with support, who I would say have been good.

We have come to the conclusion that I have a faulty camera.

I would like to hear of anyone else's experience with Arlo4 product as I also have a further x4 Ultra cameras at another property and they have been good, with solar panels for over a year.

A good first step is to swap cameras around to see if it's the camera or the location.

Hi,

I have raised a call, well calls with support and have followed advice WRT swapping solar panels with different cameras and also batteries within cameras. The issues remains at one single camera (housing).

I am waiting for support to issue details about an RMA for this unit

Thanks
