For those who bought the Arlo Pro 4 XL Spotlight Camera Security Bundle from Costco, and are having trouble doing the initial setup and connecting your devices (like I did!):

The key is to know that your SmartHub is actually a Pro3 model!

So when you do your initial setup and add devices, you FIRST want to click on "Pro3", not "Pro4". This will allow your SmartHub to connect.

Once your SmartHub is connected, then click on Cameras>>Pro4 when you add/connect each additional camera, using the steps shown in this video:

Note that the proper procedure is to set up you base or hub first by choosing Base Station/Hub from the devices displayed when first starting to add a new system. Using the Pro 3 camera setting isn't considered the proper sequence and, I believe, isn't how the minimal setup directions with the system is organized.
