      <description>&lt;P&gt;But you haven't said what "all the recommendations" were that you tried. The usual suggestions of making sure you're on the 2.4GHz band as well as trying the camera reset procedure would have been tried but we don't know that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I made the recommended changes to my iPhone, made sure I selected a 2.4 ghz network, reset the sync, put phone and camera close to the router, went through the steps to add a camera, it would chime after the QR code but would not go any further.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your assistance.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you reset the camera did you hold the button for &amp;gt;15 seconds until the LED started flashing amber? Have you tried using the web client which sometimes works better? my.arlo.com&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I did try the reset with amber light.&lt;BR /&gt;I have not tried web client. What is that exactly?</description>
