Yes the plastic film had been removed, during play back it sounds great, it’s only during live view. The live view audio is really really low quality and i can’t seem to hear it.

When live viewing the audio it really quite. Even with my volume on my phone all the way to max. When i have headphone in the volume is still to quite to hear any audio. Internet connection is fine, microphone is allowed, nothing blocking camera. I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro if that makes a difference.

Has the film over the camera face been removed? What about trying the web client?
