Arlo pro 4 12x zoom

I recently purchased a Arlo pro 4, it advertised that it had 12x zoom capability but the most it will do is 8x. I have been through all the video settings and it doesn't matter which resolution I pick it's all the same zoom 8x.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the same experience. Really looking for more ability to zoom. It's why I chose this camera over the Nest

I don't have a Pro 4 but a Pro 3 zooms to 12x with no issue on Android. What app/OS are you using?

I've tested this and was not able to reproduce the issue. This was a problem with past versions of the Arlo mobile app. Please make sure you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app installed from the app store and test again to see if you still experience the same behavior.
