      <title>Solar panel not charging on Arlo Pro 4</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just went outside &amp;amp; switched the battery on one of our Arlo Pro 4 cameras so it is now 99% charged from the charging station. &amp;nbsp;Firmware was updated to 1.080.17.1_32_5097d3c and the app to ver 3.5.10 but the Arlo solar panel VMA5600 does not appear to be charging the camera. This is the second Arlo panel we’ve tried (first was VMA5600B) so starting to think these are duds. Panels are facing south &amp;amp; I’ve adjusted/cleaned the magnetic cable connector multiple times. Any idea what the issue is? Why does nothing still show in the camera app as charging? Battery already ran down like no charger attached so this is the second try with a Solar panel. &amp;nbsp;And it has been warm here the past few days, 60s, so it can’t be too cold for charging outside.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for any suggestions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
