Trying to buy, but will not do so unless the coupon works

Wanted to buy an Arlo Pro 4. Website offered 10% off on first purchase. Email included coupon "Enter code out of coupons during checkout to receive your discount."

It does not work. Support bot doesn't understand the problem and will not route me to a real person. Not looking good. If this is not resolved by tomorrow I will look elsewhere for my camera purchase.

Did the email say how long the promotion lasted? Are you still within the promotional period?

I entered my email in a fresh popup on their website yesterday, so if the promo is over, they should have removed the invite to it. There is no indication it is over.
