Pro 4 battery isnt charging anymore

Dear Arlo support or members here,

My Arlo Pro 4 battery isnt charging anymore, normally he does,

He is at 22% atm and working with the camera.

I connected to the magnetix charge cable and in diff USB A chargers and wont do it.

Normally I know the app refresh isnt working good too so close the app sev times and no improvement.

Cleaned the connectors.

Have you tried a different charger?

Hy thx , I solved it.

It was again the click, harder push battery and unit in the holder. After the click it was ok.
