Assuming that your filters aren't on, filtering out certain recordings, I noticed myself that my Ultra and Pro 2 in the same and different locations also miss some recordings. Fir example, my ultras start recording half way through or cut off half way through, regardless of the distance between the object and the camera, and regardless of the sensitivity settings.

Ever since our camera app updated a couple months ago, the cameras are missing a lot of the animals, cars, and people that we see pass in front of one of the cameras, but the camera doesn't record it. They used to pick up almost everything. Any help will be appreciated. Using pro4

Can you please go through these steps and see if it helps the behavior you are seeing:

https://kb.arlo.com/000063378/Why-am-I-missing-some-but-not-all-recordings-from-my-Arlo-Feed

@BrookeN Thank you for posting this link, but I can confirm that sensitivity levels make no difference - they're at the max. I've checked everything else.

There are a number of reports on here posted by various users about their cameras missing events. Not an isolated case, but more widespread.

My Pro 2 just missed another vehicle - you can see the tail of it - and ended up recording 4 min plus video of nothing else. The camera is connected to a power source. My Ultra at the back of the property regularly misses parts of motion, even when it's a couple of meters above the object in motion.

Were you able to go through the steps that I provided making sure all the settings were correct?
