      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;I've just been charged &lt;STRONG&gt;$215.88&lt;/STRONG&gt; via PayPal for an auto-renewal I never authorized or agreed to. When I first signed up, the subscription was &lt;STRONG&gt;$119.88&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then increased to &lt;STRONG&gt;$149.99&lt;/STRONG&gt; — which I accepted last year. But this new charge, nearly double the original amount, came without any notice or consent. That is unacceptable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I tried emailing &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Treasury_Subscription@arlo.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;, which was listed in the PayPal charge, but the email bounced back as undeliverable. There's &lt;STRONG&gt;no working phone number&lt;/STRONG&gt;, &lt;STRONG&gt;no functioning chat&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and I can't even get a &lt;STRONG&gt;verification code&lt;/STRONG&gt; to access support via the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;This is not how you treat customers. If I don’t hear from someone in &lt;STRONG&gt;billing within 24 hours&lt;/STRONG&gt;, I will be &lt;STRONG&gt;requesting a full refund through PayPal&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;canceling my Arlo service for good&lt;/STRONG&gt;. At the very least, I expect to be refunded the difference and charged no more than &lt;STRONG&gt;last year’s rate of $149.99&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Arlo, this is your chance to make it right. Please respond.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also received a charge from Treasury_Subscription@arlo.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for $215.88. What is this charge for? I don't not recall ever making a recurrent charge for Treasury_Subscription@arlo.com. I have paid that money through PayPal by credit card. I would now like a refund for the entire amount.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
