For my pro 4 camera, in the Android app, when I click on Wi-Fi it shows the name of my Wi-Fi network and full signal strength. When I click into it, it shows the Wi-Fi network with no signal at all.

See screenshots:

https://imgur.com/a/SMZkfbS

Which is it?

I agree it does appear to show no signal. Try rebooting your phone and reinstalling the app to see if that helps. You can also try the web client (my.arlo.com) for more testing.

The Arlo development team is currently investigating reports of this behavior. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share with the community.

Thank you. The UI design here is not great. If the signal is full, it shows white which is the same color as the text -- so it looks like a simple icon, not an indicator of status. It should be green if it's high, yellow if not, red if low.

Hi @Zudnic

This should now be resolved with the latest version of the Arlo app 5.7.8

Can you make sure you have the most recent update and test again.

Thank you
