I recently signed up for the secure Arlo yearly package on my account and it came with free promotion to get a pro 4 XL.

It has been a number of weeks and I messaged back only to have dead silence on the other end.

Has anyone gone through any other promotions and as such wants was the process like?

Hello, Arlo Europe is sending me a "free Pro 4 XL camera" offer. I have to click on the link to update my annual Arlo Secure subscription.

i have send email to ArloCustomerLoyalty@arlo-europe.com

I don't see any information online and I haven't received any further responses from them

As the other person said I have sent the appropriate email to request the free promotion in that you sign up for a secure annual subscription you can get a free pro 4 XL camera but I have had nothing in response.
