Is there any customer service no available to talk to an agent regarding an issue please ?
i have sent an email a week ago but still no reply ☹️

Use the support center in the app to reach support. Phone support is available from 6 am to 6 pm US pacific time.

Every time I go to the sports center. It will not let me click on anything to talk to someone

In order to speak to someone in official support, you need a subscription - do you have one? If not, ask away here and perhaps one of the mods can help.
