Are the cameras with you in Brazil or still in the US? It appears that the cameras are still in the US and you're just trying to access them in your account from Brazil.

Theoretically, that should work. The ISP or country may be blocking access to Arlo but you'd have to check with the ISP about that. If you disable WiFi and use just cell service do you then have access? Have you tried other WiFi networks?

Since one is working, your access is fine. Whether the cameras are actually offline is different. Try using just cell service as well as a computer browser (my.arlo.com) to see if there's a difference.

It may be important to know what cameras you have and how they're connected (WiFi or to a base or hub). If you're not sure, use Settings, Support and click on the appropriate device to get the Product name.
