    <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to connect camera to wifi network.&amp;nbsp; Make it thru all the steps successfully until update firmware (which is the last step).&amp;nbsp; Unable to update successfully.&amp;nbsp; If you choose to update later, the camera is not connected to network and doesn't work.&amp;nbsp; I have factory reset, removed device, started over multiple times.&amp;nbsp; Doesn't Work!&amp;nbsp; No phone number to call for support.&amp;nbsp; 3 days in and way too much of my time.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Use Settings, Support to access the support methods. Since you have a new camera, you're covered. Later you'll need a paid subscription.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
