Options here depend on the details:

whether you see "Library" in the app menu, or whether you instead see "Dashboard" and "Feed"
whether the cameras are connected directly to your home wifi or whether they are connected to an Arlo hub.

2 are connected directly to the wifi and 3 are on a hub.

The app has feed not library.

The three modes control all the cameras at a location. You can modify all three modes, but cannot add more. So you can create three combinations of cameras. For instance

Arm Away can arm them all
Arm Home can arm a subset
Standby can arm a different subset

If you re-purpose Standby, then of course you don't have an easy way to disarm all the cameras. But you can turn off cameras in the video settings, which of course will also disarm them until you turn them back on.

This is an area where "Feed" needs to be improved, hopefully Arlo will do that soon.
